3. Resignation

3.1. Replacement

The eligibility for a specific course may be transferred to a replacement participant who is named in writing. This replacement participant has no additional costs.

3.2. Cancellation

Cancellation up to four weeks before the event is free of charge. It must always be in writing. After this period, the full participation fee is due in case of withdrawal or non-appearance of a registered student.

3.3. Force majeure

If a participant cannot attend the event for reasons of force majeure (illness, weather conditions, etc.) in the short term, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee. Further liability or damage claims are also excluded.

4. Entry fees and payment terms

The participation fee is calculated per participant and is exclusive of VAT. It is due for payment upon invoicing and must be transferred to the account shown on the invoice.

5. Event breakdown and changes

In case of cancellation of events by the organizer for organizational reasons or due to force majeure, the full participation fee will be refunded. Further liability or damage claims are excluded. This includes claims for the cost of travel or accommodation. Apprendis UG as organizer reserves the right to change or relocate. In exceptional cases, a change of speakers or a change in the program is possible, as long as the overall character of the course is maintained. Changes of this kind do not entitle the course participants to resign or to reduce the participation fee.

Apprendis UG is not liable for theft, property damage or accidents during the training events or on the round trips to and from the venues. For health risks arising from contact with animals, Apprendis UG assumes no liability. We expressly point out that in case of allergic reactions to animals there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.
