Laboratory Animal Science (mouse/rat) EU Function A, D

Our laboratory animal science course (mouse/rat) provides a thorough introduction to animal experimentation. The intensive practical training takes place in a small group in Berlin and lasts 2.5 days. The theory is provided as an on-demand online course beforehand, allowing you to follow your own time schedule.

The syllable follows EU recommendations* and includes:

  • function A    Carrying out procedures on animals (all modules) 

  • function D    Killing animals (all modules)

  • module 20   Anesthesia for minor procedures

  • module 22   Principles of surgery
