About us

  • Improving animal research by empowering professionals to competently and conscientiously work with laboratory animals.

  • We are a team of highly qualified veterinarians and scientists, united by a passion for continuously raising standards in laboratory animal science through structured, science-driven and expert-led education.

Building on many years of teaching experience at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, we were founded as a spin-off in 2021. At our training centre in Berlin, Germany’s capital, we have expanded our course portfolio and continue to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required for responsible, ethical, and scientifically sound animal research.

  • We believe that high-quality animal care and excellent science go hand in hand. This belief guides our work through:

    • Ethical responsibility - respect for animals is at the core of all training

    • Scientific integrity - reliable research depends on high animal welfare standards

    • Continuous improvement - our courses are regularly updated to reflect new techniques, technologies, and legal requirements

  • Accredited and internationally recognized training

Our courses are designed in full compliance with EU Directive 2010/63 and German training requirements and are aligned with internationally recognised FELASA standards.

    Practical, hands-on learning experiences

We follow a step-wise approach from models to live animals that allows participants to build technical proficiency and confidence, focussing on essential and transferable skills that can be applied immediately in daily research and animal care work.

Our experienced experts foster an open and supportive learning environment, sharing practical tips, proven techniques and real-world experience.
